Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Sanitation and cleaning of equipment and space are done after every use. Every night before closing we spray Lysol disinfectant on all of the equipment and door handles. We leave a HEPA Air Purifier on at all times.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The space has informational signage including:

Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

About the Space

The boutique fitness studio is 700 sq. ft. It is in the residential neighborhood of Home Town in Aurora IL. It is a safe residential and family area. The space is perfect for Personal Trainers looking to expand their own fitness business, and work with their clientele independently. This space is good for Personal Training and Small Group Training for no more than 3 people. General Rules

Trainers must pay for time slots in advance through Mindbody Trainers must be out of the studio no later than 9:15 PM The Front Door must be locked during the session for liability reasons. The Trainer is responsible for any damage to the space or any equipment they have damaged. The Trainer is only allowed to use the space to train the client during the time slot. The Trainer is not allowed to work out in the space unless they pay and book for workout time in advance. The Trainer is only allowed to train clients that they paid to use the space for that time slot.

Video Cameras in the studio. Video Recording in real-time with no audio. Ring Camera at the door.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
