About the Space

Best location between Santa Monica, Culver City, and Beverly Hills. Welcome to the Industrial Event Space in West LA! This luxurious space is 4500 sq ft. with up to 70 parking spaces and can hold up to 150 people. There is 1 large open area accompanied by 3 smaller rooms! Site includes many unique areas, photography backdrops, as well as, a large 60 plus foot brick wall. A variety of green earth tones cover the walls, exposed painted black ceilings adorn the room, and exposed brick make the space a cool-event-haven. The open concept space with no furniture allows you to tailor the environment for your specific event. Space can be used for events, such as but not limited to- weddings, photography shoots, film shoots, company gatherings, seminars, etc... Separate men’s and women’s restroom with 2 stalls in each, 4 stalls combined! Private back patio can be used to grab some fresh air. This location has 3 brand new air conditioning units to keep the place comfortable. Right in the heart of West Los Angeles off the 10 and 405 freeway! Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Where to begin? Hosts are amazing, extremely accommodating, professional and exceptional. We LIved this entire experience. The venue itself speaks of volumes and was perfect for the bar mitzvah party for my son very casual inviting and laid-back environment just like we wanted but it also is able to be screw step classic and however you want. The entire experience was amazing will do it all over again.

Yes, I would book again.

I threw a graduation party here and it went really well! Having parking in the back and an area in the back with a kitchen sink were great features. We were allowed to decorate the space however we wanted and even use some of the furniture. The host was really communicative and nice. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend.
