We'd like to invite you to visit our content creators studio situated at the heart of downtown Toronto. Perfect for: •PRODUCTION: photo shoots, video, TV, film, podcast, interviews, social media content. •WORKSHOPS: acting, music, private classes •WORKSPACE: corporate meetings, office space •EVENTS: We are only hosting events of up to 25 people Features: •1100 square ft multi-purpose space. •Open floor plan •10' high ceilings • Multi-colour LED lighting controlled by Ipad •65'' Smart TV with Spotify, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. • HD projector and 2 large speakers •5 large windows and lots of natural light •Hair and makeup station •Fully furnished using modern designer furniture •Beautiful living wall •High-speed Guest WIFI •Coat rack and hangers •Heating and air conditioning •two-stall gender neutral washroom. Furniture included: •3 desks/console tables •1 dining table •14 Side chairs •2 lounge chairs •1 sofa •3 coffee tables •1 sideboard •2 bar stools The kitchen is equipped with: •Fridge •Microwave • Coffee maker •Kettle •Kitchen utensils (small amounts only, for events please bring your own disposable cutlery, glasses and plates) CAPACITY: maximum 30 people allowed PRICING: (current rates are only for July, for the rest of the year these rates apply) Monday to Thursday: Minimum 2 hours. $100hour +$80 cleaning fee Groups over 10 people: $50 Friday- Sunday Minimum 2 hours ( after 5pm minimum 4 hours) $120/hour+$80 cleaning fee Groups over 10 people: $50 RULES: -Refundable damage deposit of $500 required for bookings. (No exception) -No smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio. -No cooking or food warmer device allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food) -No glitter or confetti -No Candle wax dripped on floor or other surfaces -If needed, all furniture moved must be lifted and not dragged. -All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways Damage deposit: deposit is to be paid either in Cash or e-transfer at check-in and to be refunded in full at check-out if no damage occurs. PARKING: The studio doesn't include parking but these are some options: 1) large grade-level public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street (right in front of the old greyhound bus terminal) 2) across the street at the Atrium on Bay (underground parking) the entrance is on Edward Street. 3) across the street at the Canadian Tire (underground parking) 4) There is also street parking on Edward st. ELEVATOR: -We are 4 floors up, there is an elevator currently used Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. -The elevator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($15/hr) -Face masks are mandatory in the building elevator. MINIMUM AGE: although we allow all ages, the person booking and responsible of the studio must be 21 years old or older. OVERTIME overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES although we charge a cleaning fee, we appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be discounted from your damage deposit and/or billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. ********Please be considerate of your booking time and make sure to leave the studio within your scheduled time, otherwise overtime fees will apply********** We do our best to accommodate our guests needs.
