Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was decorated as pictured; however, sharing a few observations. It appears as though there is a lot of natural lighting, there is not downstairs but is downstairs. The elephant ear plant is dead so do not plan to include it in photos. There was an event held the night before and it was obvious since there was a lot of decor remaining and the floors had obvious drink stains. The employee, Danielle, was friendly and informative. At the end of the booking, there was a minor miscommunication with the owner about payment and it was stated that I had not paid yet. I say this to say, be sure you have receipt of your payment before offering up any additional payment information.

Host was pleasant and the space is beautiful! The only drawback would be the parking situation. You do have to park down the street and walk up to the location. Aside from that, it is a great place for either an event and/or photo shoot:)
