About the Space
Huge sideyard, backyard, and Guest House perfect for outdoor events. Modern House located in the heart of Culver City, walking distance to Main Street and Sony Studios. There's a 40 by 20 foot artificial turf grass area - with brand new, modern dark grey shades above that are retractable. String lights extend across the property to light things up at night. The backyard is a 30 by 20 foot custom golf putting green (turf) . A newly built 400 square foot guest home / ADU, with full bathroom, is also available for you and your guests to use. Nice green plants line the walls to provide the perfect shaded garden look. Exact measurements Side yard artificial grass: 30 feet by 12.5 feet Concrete area: 18 feet by 10 feet Backyard: 34.5 feet by 18 feet ADU Guest House: 400 square feet Space can be used for corporate events / presentations, yoga retreats, bridal or baby showers, wedding activities, gender reveals, outdoor meetings, or bigger events like birthdays and weddings. Outside food/beverage, decorations all ok. Area can also be used for kids birthday parties, high tea, afternoon tea, dinner events, a mini golf putting event, and more. It's the perfect blank canvas for your next outdoor event! Additional notes: Our house in on the property, but not included in rental price. Rental is for outdoor space and guest house only. Pricing Pricing at $100/hour is for small gatherings - 5 or fewer people. The charge / hour does increase with the amount of guests. 6-20 = $150 21-40 people - $200 41+ people - $250 Party Rentals There are 2 folding tables and 12 chairs that you are free to use. Otherwise party rentals (tables, chairs, decorations) are not included. I do have many affordable vendors that I have worked with and can refer you to. You can decide what tables you'd like (round, square, rectangle, cocktail, etc.) and the vendors can deliver and pickup for you. Ample FREE parking for all your guests (no neighborhood rules or parking limitations). Access from the front of house or side gate to the backyard. Concrete driveway and carport lead directly to the space - easy to bring rental items (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.) in and out.
