Health and safety are our priority! We follow a peerspace Cleaning Checklist
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
A beautiful studio unit, fully furnished and within walking distance to everything fun downtown! COVID-19 NOTE: Effective Dec. 5, 2020, the State of California issued a Regional Stay Home Order. Our cancellation policy remains in place. This is a small 420 sq. ft. studio apartment. Parking description
No dedicated parking space for this property. We highly suggest that you can check paid parking spaces around the area to avoid this or use a ride-share service like Lyft or Uber.
Parking is only available on the street in front of the building and surrounding streets but please be sure to note and obey posted parking signs. There's a specific time that you can park on the street to avoid tickets and the possibility of getting towed, in which we will not be liable if it will happen.

General Rules
𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or any substance is not allowed anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. This is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $250 fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building or on the sidewalk.
𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬 - Pet/s are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. Pets are only allowed at the discretion of the host. Please inquire first. If allowed, pet/s are considered as additional guests that must be paid prior to the check-in date. Only one pet per reservation is allowed.
𝐍𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. Please understand that we have scheduled cleaning for our units.
𝐍𝐨 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 - Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 - We do not have a recording device in our unit, we understand the privacy of our guests, but this unit has security devices such as Doorbell Camera (Outside only), Security Panel, Sensors. Tampering with such a device will be a charge of an extra $250.
𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 - For ensuring the safety of our unit and to make sure that we have the right guest and the correct number of guests. Do not touch the surveillance on the property. For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, Vivint Home Security records activity at the front doors to the unit.
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 - Use our unit with care. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭/𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 - There will be a minimum handling fee of $150, plus the cost of shipping and packaging for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 48-hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒:
𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - For every 30 mins after check-out, will incur an additional charge of $75.
𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 - Lost Remote Control (A/C, TV, FAN) will incur an additional charge of $100.
𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $175.
𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Smoking of any kind will result in a charge of $250.
𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝/𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬/𝐏𝐞𝐭 - Each person not stated in the number of guests in your reservation, will be charged per night, per guest with an extra $50.
𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 - Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in a cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund and a fee of $250 fee for each occurrence.
𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐞 - A $150 handling charge will be added on top of shipping costs for any items left behind that you request to pick up or be sent. Fees will be paid for in full by you before any arrangements can be made. Requests must be made within 48-hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
