Our space is catered to photographers and videographers who love to create. We also have small editing spaces for photographers, videographers, graphic designers and more. It’s also very good for small events such as art galleries, meetings and small premiers. This is a place you will Truly love.

General Rules

No changing the paint colors to none of the rooms.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras on site. None are in the bathrooms, dressing rooms or studio spaces. The recording devices such as photography cameras will be off site during the time the space is being rented out
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is our number 1 priority. We take it very seriously. Safety first.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
