We have an amazing cleaner who will come in between every booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Open concept single-story ranch home with abundant windows allows for lots of natural light. This 3 bedrooms 3 bath home is surrounded by mature trees with a modern but definitely Texas backyard. Several outdoor patio spaces, including a brick platform and table under gorgeous heritage oak tree. Outdoor fireplace as well. The large playroom is a kid's dream. General Rules

General Rules No parties or loud music No smoking No children under 18 (unless permission is granted) No moving furniture or wall hangings without prior consent No tinsel, glitter or sparkly debris No smoke machines No odors (e.g., heavy perfume, scented candles, incense, cooking fish, smoking, etc.) No oils or rub-off makeup if you're shooting on the bed (alternatively bring your own bedding) No shoes in the house (but they are fine to wear for photographs/videos) When booking, ensure you give yourself enough time for unloading, set up and clean up. Your reservation window is for your entire time in the house; there is not an additional window for clean up beyond your reservation end time. Please leave the house in the state that you found it. Park on the street (not the driveway). There is ample street parking available. No smoking indoors, no illegal activity, no pornography. Times and space available are case by case. Thank you!
