About the Space
Wide open warehouse event space with fresh concrete floors and overhead pot lighting. The space can comfortably fit up to 50 people. Perfect for hosting larger groups of private events such as shooting music videos, photography, dance or a fitness event. It is well lit and well ventilated. Booking includes access to private bathroom and built in stage

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
Overhead pot lights are the main source of light in the warehouse, they brighten the space with a warm even light. There are no windows in the warehouse.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are beside a main road and do experience some traffic noise.
The building neighbour is a dog kennel and we do experience some noise.

There is a loading zone and large garage door that can be used to load in and out. No ramp is required as it is ground level

Security cameras and recording devices
There are 2 surveillance cameras for the building. One is located at the front door entrance. The second is located at the garage door and watches the equipment. Both cameras are on at all times
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Everyday at 11am disinfecting and cleaning occurs and again at 4pm. Disinfecting wipes are used in high traffic areas such as light switches and door handles.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
