Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Studio will be completely cleaned and sanitized for each event. Floors, equipment, bathrooms. Materials will be fully stocked as well prior to each booking. We welcome anyone that would like to use our space - call or email us at anytime.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Amazing Warehouse space with private fitness studio layout. The warehouse is fully equipped and insured fitness training studio. The booking space is 1000 square feet with loft and centrally located in the Bird Road Arts District. The studio is a private facility in a secured building. The space contains a variety of cardiovascular, strength, and functional training equipment. The space also includes an upstairs loft set up as lounge/office area with air-hockey table. There is 1 full bathroom inside with shower. Studio has WiFi. The unique studio space can be used for several purposes including - small group classes, parties, glow in the dark events, one on one trainings, dance, yoga etc... Great Spot for photo / video shoots.
