Our completely remodeled Rustic kitchen is perfect for photo shoots, cooking videos and or social media imagery. The kitchen receives tons of natural light throughout the day, making it ideal for photography and videography. The clean, uncluttered rustic chic styling is timeless and soothing. The mini chef's kitchen is perfect for cooking and oversees a stunning round farmhouse dining table that can seat 4 people. This listing includes the kitchen and dining area.

Lighting description
Windows are shutters and can be shut or fully opened. The best time for lighting is 10 am -11 am anytime after 2 pm the lighting is dim.

Ambient noise description
You can hear street noise if the window is open. Also you can hear foot steps from the neighbor above if they are home. They are typically away Monday to Friday during 8 am to 6 pm.

Yes there is a loading zone near my unit with 4 steps to my unit. No ramp is needed and their is one spot for large trucks.

General Rules
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property (including front porch).
No Pets of any kind
No extra guests (Only people on the reservation are allowed in the house)
The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, however guests are expected to treat the house with respect and leave it in the same condition that it was found. Please tidy the kitchen if used to prepare food.
I must be present when you are using the kitchen, guest will not be left unattended.

Health and Safety Measures
The Kitchen is cleaned 3 x's a day and again before then after guest have left.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
