Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

Frantz, Karina, and everyone involved in hosting the event space were an absolute joy to work with. They were the most accommodating hosts from beginning to end. Their hospitality was superb allowing sufficient time for set up and cleaning as well as graciously welcoming guests into their space creating a great atmosphere. It goes without say the event space itself was beautiful but the hosts themselves are what truly makes this venue remarkable. I would highly recommend this beautiful and versatile space for a variety of events and I myself look forward to having another event at this location.
