About the Space

Our indoor venue is perfect for special events such as weddings, celebrations, concerts, photoshoots, movie shoots, and fashion shows. The unique space has 2 levels. The main floor is elegant and beautiful with bright open space. The gorgeous Crystal Bar is over 20 feet in length, with 2 large sinks, designed to entertain large crowds. There are 2 raised stages, one of which is connected to a dressing room. Many weddings ceremonies and fashion shows have taken place here. Our venue also has 2 beautiful get ready suites with large standing mirrors, a fireplace, and vanities. There is expansive hardwood that can be used as a large dance floor or ballroom. The lower floor is practically a blank canvas that can have a shabby chic feel. But if you're shooting a movie or photoshoot that requires some versatility, the lower floor can be transformed into an industrialized or warehouse feel.

Parking description

Our private lot can accommodate 6 small cars. There are also over 300 free street parking spaces within 3 block radius.

General Rules

1- Clients are responsible for all vendors that they hire, and all guests 2- Clients must obtain event insurance and provide proof at least 1 month in advance 3- All vendors must inform us with proper licenses and insurance at least 1 month in advance of the event 4- All vendors must set up and clean up in the time allowed detailed in the rental agreement 5- Vendors must remove all trash from the premise. For example, if an outside caterer is brought in, the caterer must remove all food trash and related items. Vendors must return the used space to its original condition. 6- Clients and vendors may not, at any time, access kitchen equipment, electricals, plumbing and heating systems unless they have prior written approval from Management. 7- Access to any area that has not been reserved for your event is not permitted. 8- No smoking or any recreational drugs are allowed 9- Alcohol: a. If alcohol is served, clients must request prior permission Management. b. Clients must obtain proper licenses required by WA state law, such as a banquet license. c. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending service approved by our venue. Clients may not self-serve any type of alcohol. 10- Clients, vendors and guests must leave the premise at the contracted time. At the discretion of Management, use of the space past that time is subject to a $500 per hour charge plus applicable fees. 11- Our venue will follow state/federal and CDC guidelines on pandemic management. This may include mandates for masking, social distancing and cleaning routines. Vendors are required to follow and enforce these mandates. Clients will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests will follow these mandates.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras in most of the common space in and outside of the venue. They are always on unless we turn them off manually. There is no cameras in restrooms or dressing rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We follow all local and federal mandates to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. We have on site staff present at all events to ensure the space is properly cleaned at appropriate intervals as necessary.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
