This is a private green screen room that offers soft box lights, a ring light/phone tripod, 5 podcast mics, natural lighting at your will, and assistance on standby to accommodate you during your booking.The unlimited vision is yours to create! We offer creative direction upon request and will modify any additional charges once finalized on what is needed to enhance the creators vision.

All rooms outside of green screen room and dressing room is not allowed unless guest would like to book it through Peerspace upon request. An additional $25 per back drop/room/space will be added if the guest would like to add an extra look to their footage.

Extension chords are available upon request. There are 4 outlets in the room, located on each wall.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Keep hands off of green screen wall to maintain the quality of the shoot for all guests. No food allowed. Water is ok to have. Put back anything that was moved by guest before the session is over unless it is equipment that requires onsite assistance to move.
PLEASE ADVISE: No smoking in the building. If smoking takes place in the studio during client's session, there will be an automatic $300 CHARGE to your session for damages impacting sessions booked after yours, other business tenants in the building, and going against the Lanlord's strict non-smoking policy. Client must leave the studio place clean and put back together as it was in the beginning of the session.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be removed into the other room and guest may use any props as long as it's put back after use.

Surveillance cameras are recording and surrounds the premises actively 24/7.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We fully sanitize the space in between all bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

This space was convenient and exactly what I was looking for. The green walls were well lit and even Jessica who manages the facility was able to help me get a few more angles. Looking forward to using the facility again!
