Our home is perfect for your local photoshoot or production! Whether you are a brand or influencer in need of new headshots and content imagery, an artist producing a short film or a family photographer looking for a great spot for lifestyle photos, our home is a fun and friendly option for you. Charming & clean styled interior with light and bright walls. Fun navy and blush decor with lots of greenery accents you can utilize. We'd love to host your session!

The living and dining rooms have blinds that can restrict the amount of light but do not have black out curtains.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are on a very quiet street especially during daytime hours. Regular AC noise should be expected, the home otherwise is very quiet.

Equipment loading description
The home is easily accessible but does have a single step up at the entry. The front door is original and we appreciate care to not beat it up when bringing in equipment.
Staging area is available
The front bedroom or the kitchen would be great for this with good natural lighting as well!

Wall decorations may be taken down but need to be replaced upon leaving. Non-mounted furniture may be moved but again, please restore to original location upon your exit.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean between each guest and sanitize all high touch areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
