  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

This space is amazing for almost anything! With high ceilings, concrete floors, and exposed scaffolding, it offers a chic look for music videos, photo shoots, and events. There are floor to mid-wall mirrors (about 9 feet high) in one corner, idea for practice, class, or last looks. We have added semi-permanent rigging points to some of the exposed i-beams for aerial apparatus rigging. We have a fabrication space and a small office with soundproofing paneling, excellent for music rehearsal, self tapes, or recording. This space could be used for: -photoshoots -rehearsals -events -video/film shoots -co-working space -something else we haven't thought of There is a "kitchen" with working refrigerator and sink. We also have a small coffee and tea bar stocked with many options. We also have a relaxation space, with several sofas, hanging chairs, and tables.

Yes, I would book again.

Our experience was amazing! The host was very responsive and very accommodating. The space was just as advertised and was a perfect fit for our event. We will absolutely be using this space for all of our events in Philadelphia.
