This classic 2200sqft New York style penthouse loft has been the owner's residence for years, and has been the site of many events, photo and film shoots (including the recently released movie Really Love) and has been featured in Baltimore Magazine. Located on the top floor of a historic 1890's building, the wooden rafters, exposed brick, substantial skylight and a dozen large windows featuring views over the city and beyond make it dead ringer for a classic Soho loft. The loft has modernist furniture including a B&B Italia bed and sofa and an extensive art collection. The main living area (including vintage 1970 BMW motorcycle), lounging area, bedroom and kitchen are all suitable for photo and video productions, and subject to discussion with the owner the entire loft is available as a live/work space. Please note that access to the loft is up a long, straight and wide staircase.

First time at the loft and really loved doing a boudoir session there. The light was perfection and there were a lot of options for gorgeous and moody images.
