COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a team of professional cleaners who come in after every booking to clean and disinfect the property. All towels, mats bed sheets and throws are washed in hot/warm water.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Our Luxury Two Bedroom Condo located in the heart of Downtown Miami offers a chic minimalist décor welcoming any additional props for your photo or video shoots. Our Master Bedroom presents a scenic view from the 31st floor, of the AA Arena and the Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel through its floor to ceiling windows as well as a balcony to get a more panoramic view of the up-and-coming city. Our open kitchen is equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a double door refrigerator and granite countertops. Making it easy to prepare meals and host intimate dinners of up to 10 people. This property also includes a washer and dryer in unit that is available for use. **Please note Truck/Motorhome parking may require permits.**
