About the Space

The space is a 45′ x 50′ room with a 35′ x 30′ white cove & 14′ clearance it's Air-conditioned and has a Bluetooth sound system. two makeup areas, one in the studio and one in a separate room. we have a section off to the side with Seamless backgrounds (colors hanging vary) and it includes C-stands, sandbags, apple boxes, extension cord reels, A-clamps, etc... basic grip gear.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Great space. Michael was very accommodating and helpful. Only heard a trash truck once, but other than that, really quiet studio with easy load-in through the bay door.

Micheal was amazing! Greeted us at the door and gave us a tour of the space as soon as we arrived. There are other cyc walls and studios in dallas but this is by far the best. The light grid add on is a must when booking and really makes a huge difference in your production. The common spaces and restrooms are spotless and all staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I might book again just to hang out with Michael J. for a few hours. (Also the break room is stocked with drinks and water and is such a nice touch while shooting.) I will most definitely be back!
