About the Space
It’s a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, queen bed, queen air mattress and full size sleep sofa. The space is perfect for photo shoots, meetings, filming, interviews and retreats. There is a library located on the 8th floor of the building that has a balcony/ patio with an amazing view of the city.

Parking description
Metered parking is in effect Monday- Saturday 8am to 6pm. Free after 6pm and on Sundays. It’s .25 cents per hour with a 4 hour maximum. The meters take quarters or credit cards.

The windows are large with great lighting. There are blackout curtains and the best time of day is sunrise to 6pm

There are neighbors and the street can be busy at times, but it is usually very quite.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone in front of the building. Truck will need to be moved unless you have a permit. No ramps will be required.
Staging area is available
there is a bedroom with a door that can be used to separate both parties. In addition, there is a walk in closet with a door.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is located in the closet. there are several outlets throughout the space and i am unsure about the power rating

There are security cameras at the entrance and exits of the building and a ring door bell at the apartment door. There are no cameras inside The Blu Suite.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned between each booking. The Blu Suite follows Local COVID-19 guidelines for everyones safety. Masks are required while traveling throughout the building.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
