About the Space
Great for photo shoots and film shoots. Interior and exterior. Upscale mid century ranch pool home located in the coveted Royal Oaks neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. Bright yellow umbrellas and flower pots next to the white walls and the turquoise pool gives the place a chick retro, but yet modern Slim Aarons type atmosphere. The backyard pool area is lush and very private with no neighbouring dwellings in sight. The primary bedroom suite is newly renovated to a hight standard with a modern bathroom that overlooks a private tropical bathroom garden. The living room features views of the pool and has vaulted ceilings, soft furnishings, a big fireplace and a baby grand piano. The library/study has a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. The dining room features a huge window and artwork by KC Tidemand. Fully fitted kitchen.
