About the Space
The roof garden is a very unique setting for a small event, film production, or photo shoot. Inside of the house it is a very cozy atmosphere with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms available for your use. Outside there is green everywhere! Food growing gardens surround the house. 10 minutes from downtown, fireworks are visible from rooftop.

I used this space for my baby shower. It was the perfect space to share with family and friends. The gardens were beautiful and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this space to any event or stay. Thank you for the great communication and accommodations. I will rent this space again for sure!

I hosted a baby shower here and it was the perfect location! So much room for everyone to sit and hang out. The rooftop was a big hit as well! Rico is so kind and made the experience easy and he responds very quickly. Everyone at the party said they would want to host a party at this location in the future. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful space! Our event was in the winter so we didn't get to exprience all of the lovely landsacping on the terrace, but I plan on renting again for a future event. Spacious. Perfect for 30 people to mill about. Ample room and sitting space downstairs. Cozy chatting corners upstairs and beautiful views on the split level outside. Rico is easy to work with and responsive. Highly suggest this rental.
