About the Space
The rooftop garden is a very unique setting for a small event, film location, or photo shoot. Inside of the house it is a very cozy atmosphere which includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Outside you will be surrounded by gardens growing produce such as tomatoes, potatoes, squash, cucumber, mint, basil, and more! 10 minutes from downtown, fireworks are visible rooftop.

I hosted a bridal shower in this space. We had a Bridgerton theme and when I got there there were flowers and themed music that the host had set up. It was beautiful and he was so easy to work with when there were changes to the booking. Would book here again in a heartbeat. He was also very friendly and kind.

I hosted a baby shower here and it was the perfect location! So much room for everyone to sit and hang out. The rooftop was a big hit as well! Rico is so kind and made the experience easy and he responds very quickly. Everyone at the party said they would want to host a party at this location in the future. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful space! Our event was in the winter so we didn't get to exprience all of the lovely landsacping on the terrace, but I plan on renting again for a future event. Spacious. Perfect for 30 people to mill about. Ample room and sitting space downstairs. Cozy chatting corners upstairs and beautiful views on the split level outside. Rico is easy to work with and responsive. Highly suggest this rental.
