All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

6000+ square foot 6 bedroom, 5.5 baths stone mansion on private road with lush garden overlooking the Hudson River. Exterior built in 1880s with complete new interior built in 2002. 11” ceilings throughout. 4 floors. First floor has 2 story entrance, large gourmet chefs Kitchen, living room, dining room and bar room with gas fireplace. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and two full baths. Third floor has primary bedroom suite with huge bathroom and jetted tub. There is also a private 1 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. The fourth floor is a partially finished attic space. Beautiful gardens with lush plantings and hydrangea trees and vintage stone retaining walls. Outdoor 65” tv and speakers. Incredible views of the Hudson River from the yard and most of the house
