The entrance of this waterfront home welcomes you to an expansive courtyard perfect for entertaining. The living areas have plenty of natural light and next to the living areas is the grand piano room perfect for special photo shoots. The kitchen is updated with blue and white cabinetry and brushed gold knobs and facets. The best part of the property is the backyard which includes a pool with waterfall, plenty of seating and a firepit. All are perfect for day and nighttime shoots!

All areas are are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
