About the Space

The listing is for private access to our MEETup room as well as our common area space. -The conference table can seat 7 people and the room can accommodate 10 people comfortably. The space is conveniently located on the west side of Jacksonville. We are the only coworking space in Jacksonville, FL with access to a fitness center, restaurant, bowling center, child care facility, barbershop/salon, and more all under one roof. Our space has endless possibilities.   • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
