Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

I hire A professional cleaner in between booking. At the end of the hallway cleaning and disinfecting supplies are available for public we use throughout the booking. We ask that all gas keep the area clean and tidy and maintain all the Covid safe protocols.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

About the Space

The house can be used for flexible creative space as well as living space. There are lots of props and furniture that could be moved around to create different environments. We have different bedsheets and curtains in the closet you will have access to. There’s also tools, laundry machine, art supplies, Ect in the garage. You can book all or some of the space and add different amenities on for a discounted price if you’re renting already. The yard is huge and the space give you any type of way. We have an alley way out back. This can be altered so ask about details in the tour. There are two German Shepard puppies in training to become picture dogs. Feel free to say hi, as we like to keep them social.

Parking description

There’s 10 spaces inside the lot- and there’s 30 spaces along the property in the street, and free street parking For the whole block and surrounding neighborhood. The only restriction is overnight parking between 3 AM and 5 AM, And the worst they’ve done so far is give a warning.

Lighting description

There are heavy and sheer curtains to control the lighting. The lighting is the brightest in the afternoon and significantly fades after 6pm (depending on time of year) being on the ground floor you can control the lighting from the outside.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

The house is pretty silent when all the windows are shut and fans (in each room) and central AC is off. I have sound proofing panels available and they can be placed where ever. Occasionally a loud truck drive my the front. We are near the 210 highway but its surprisingly quiet with the windows shut and you normally can't hear it over the fan. Durring rush hour with windows open you can hear slight noise. Being in Pasadena were north east of the heavier traffic so noise is ok.

Equipment loading description

The front door is the widest entrance. There are 2 stair to get up and you're in the main large room of the house. Loading trucks can be parked on the inside of the properties gate.

Staging area is available

The garage large garage has 3 lights and fans is available. (it also has our prop shop/production storage) Ask which rooms in the house are available. Rooms inside may be booked for their air bNb price.

Electrical system description

Facing the front of the house- The circuit breaker is on the far right side of the house. I have put blue tape near the ceilings to point out the outlets in the main room for you. Not sure what they power rating is yet. (its a house for 8 people)

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Everything is the space is movable as long as its restored to its original area. However please send me a picture if you come up with a killer design and I might let you leave the space as is!

Security cameras and recording devices

There is security cameras in almost every room and exterior parts of the property to Prevent any breaking in or equipment being stolen. Pasadena is a very safe area but with a lot of people coming and going we want to have security cameras just to be safe. Of course there are no security cameras in the bathroom and they are typically only watched if there’s an incident. The footage is deleted after 30 days automatically from the cloud. Thanks
