About the Space

Newly remodeled home (2666 sq ft.) with lots of windows and daylight in a quiet tree-lined street with no sidewalks and utility poles on the street. 25 min. from NYC, 10 minutes from Newark Airport, minutes away from major highways. (RT.22, Garden State Parkway, Rt. 78). 2 story home with a beautiful front lawn and rear lawn with tree-lined backyard. The home has open floor space, center stairway, wood floors, large gourmet white kitchen with white (marble) quartz counters, and dining area, photo gallery, shooting space, 220 electricity in, with 2 panels, one for each floor. Large 24' deck with large 20' roll out awning shade. 2 half bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one in the basement with a competition Ping Pong Table and dartboard. 2 full bathrooms on the second floor, one in the hallway, one in Master Bedroom. Master Bathroom (white) has 2 sinks, a large shower with special glass for photography, and a small Jacuzzi. Large Master Bedroom with balcony facing south (backyard).

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
