About the Space

Our space is in Berkeley CA and is the first building on Shattuck Ave when you enter Berkeley city limits. It is a completely remolded space that can house weddings, parties, trainings, conferences and more. It is fully equipped with sound system, LED wall, production and live streaming equipment. The building is designed with an industrial feel and is a great space to host your next event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Raymond was a wonderful host, and his team was very helpful at our event! The space is incredible, I highly recommend it. We used it for a fundraiser and even were able to build a full boxing ring in the middle (we're a boxing gym). While of course we had the occasional hiccup with our event which should always be expected, Raymond's team helped us manage through and made sure we had an amazing event! Can't thank them enough!
