About the Space
If you're looking to host an event outside, our space is the perfect location. We live on three acres of residential land with lush forests, sloping hills, grassy areas, and winding paths. We have a playground. We also have a pool and a deck (not pictured). This space is ideal for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, retirement parties, family reunions, and small weddings. You are welcome to use our bathroom, and our living room is available for setting up upon request. Note: We do not provide tables and chairs at this time.

I have a private residence with 9 parking spaces and long driveways that could fit over a dozen cars.
General Rules
Let us know if you plan on placing anything on the grass, like benches or tents. Also, let us know ahead of time how many cars you'll be bringing.

Health and Safety Measures
Our benches, bathroom, and living room will be disinfected before you arrive.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
