Amica Studio is a creative naturally lit lifestyle studio space meant for photographers, videographers, content creators and small intimate events. Located in a historic Leaside warehouse, Amica Studio has been completely renovated into a welcoming bright loft. Designed and Owned by Toronto based photographer Liz Salzman, Amica encapsulates the vibrant vintage eclecticism often found throughout Toronto. Featuring a curated collection of locally sourced furnishings and art installations, Amica flawlessly embodies the cultural language of Toronto. Salzman's passion for visual design aided her in restoring treasured features like exposed piping and floor to ceiling factory windows. The 1200 sqf open concept loft offers ample space for equipment, guests, and attractive ambiance. Guests have access to a three piece bathroom, multiple lounge areas, and a full service kitchen complete with a turquoise refrigerator and skylight. With intertwined characteristics of a factory loft and fresh sleek elements of modernism, Amica Studio is the perfect location for your next shoot or gathering! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was very pretty. Exactly as advertised. The host, Liz is responsive and helpful. My only feedback is that the building reeks of cigarettes. I was doing a video shoot and all my equipment and props now smell of cigarettes. I am not sure anything can be done about that but it's not very pleasant.

Looks great, pretty well exactly as pictured. We used this for a filmed interview shoot. Had some noise from trucks backing up / people walking up and down the steps but only lasted a few seconds.
