All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This listing is for private access to our beautiful, 1,500 sq ft meeting space. It comes equipped with a TV and Bose Sound System. Multiple styles of lights set on dimmer switches to provide bright to low lighting. The front of the room is a wall of large windows allowing for natural light. Access to a private restroom. This space is located inside a secure building in Orlando. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. There are cameras are located in each studio and in the lobby. They will be on for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
