- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Nice simple space
Nice simple space
The host called me 15 minutes before I arrived and said that he was out of town and someone else had cleaned up the venue. I arrived and the tables I requested were not covered. They left a bag of chair covers and I was instructed to get the table covers myself in an undisclosed location I felt very unsafe in. I took an additional hour of my time to clean up what was already supposed to be clean and took away from my set up time. The bathroom was left disgusting with no toilet paper or soap. I was then compensated with a percentage off for my next booking but from my initial booking I did not like the unprofessional estate the venue was in when I arrived so I will not be rebooking.
