About the Space

Private Terraced backyard in Nob Hill. Excellent for a wide variety of activities and applications. It gets great light during most hours of the day. The grass is astroturf, and it is fenced in from all sides for privacy. I have the space fully lit at night. Let me know what you have in mind for the space!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Ted was super responsive! Very direct, kind and helpful. His goal was to help me host the best event. The space appeared exactly how advertised and met our expectations. Everyone loved the space. We held an outdoor dinner party. My only heads up for someone is that a) you need to walk through a few rooms to get to outdoor space (so be wary of this if everyone comes at different times) and b) there’s no heat lamps and it gets cold once it’s dark/hour after the sun sets. These are not deal breakers and I’d still come again.

We booked Ted's outdoor space for a fitness product photoshoot. Ted was very responsive, accommodating and so easy to work with. This is such a special location, centrally located, definitely a hidden gem in this city. We look forward to having the opportunity to shoot here again in the future!

Our company hosted a small company BBQ at Ted's Terrace in Nob Hill and it was FANTASTIC. From the very start, Ted was more than accommodating. From our last minute planning, to helping us out with smoking our BBQ meat for the evening, Ted was really kind and went the extra mile to support us and make the evening a fantastic experience for everyone. His Terrace backyard was so so nice! Surrounded by exposed brick and the skyline of Nob Hill, our guests were immediately impressed by the ambiance and quality of the space. We would be honored to host another event at Ted's space and would recommend this spot to anyone who's looking for a perfect space to host an impressive gathering. Thank you very much, Ted! We appreciate everything.
