About The Gathering
*For productions, the space you need is the space you will have access to. If you book the warehouse, the lobby and loft will not be available. If you want to shoot in the lobby/loft, the warehouse will not be available. Exceptions can be made by request.* Our workspace is suited for individual or small group work environments, and specifically designed for creatives. We have a loft with desk and table seating for 14, a lounge with seating for 6-10, and a warehouse venue with seating up to 100. Our venue can be used for music events, gallery events, large meetings, or anything else you may need. It's a highly customizable space with built in theatrical lighting and sound. We have two bathrooms. All of our finishes are clean and luxurious. We are a safe space for everyone, and welcome all those needing a place to work or create.

We have a professional cleaning crew that cleans the space weekly. We also have staff that provide ongoing surface and shared space cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
