About the Space
Cre8ive Studio 1, approximately 500 SF. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has acoustic insulation and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots. Suitable for Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement/improv classes, and more! (No parties are allowed in the space.) For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multiple days and after hours bookings. Please inquire about our student/non profit discounts. We are launching our new space. Stay tuned for additional amenities and offerings. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.
