One Of A Kind Modern Lake House with Amazing Views

From the moment I booked Villa Vázquez, I was thoroughly impressed with the host's prompt communication and flexibility. The event space was precisely as depicted in the pictures, ensuring no surprises upon arrival. Based on my experience, I would definitely choose Villa Vázquez again for future events. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this venue spot for your next event!! The space is gorgeous and serene and has a beautiful lake view! The inside and outside property is immaculate and a wonderful spot to host any event! We recently hosted our granddaughter’s 17th poolside birthday party there. We loved the pool and jacuzzi set up, and that it lit up with colorful lights of your choice. Those same lights were also lit in the inside space as well. The lounge beds/chairs were exquisite, and there was plenty of space to dance, swim, eat, and fellowship! The space also had a swing that faces the pool area which added a uniqueness to it. Every area of the space was a great photo opt as well. The customer service was one of a kind! Veronica and Alex were well vested in our event like it was their own, and remained on site throughout the event to assist with any requests or accommodations that we needed. They definitely went above and beyond in providing star quality customer service from security guards (being extra eyes and watchmen with the teenage attendees) to first responders (providing first aid service for our granddaughter when she stubbed her toe in the pool). We are so appreciative of their warmth, hospitality, and care. We would highly recommend this space for your next event, whether it would be for a graduation, birthday, bridal or baby shower event, just to name a few, lol. Great modern host.

This was the perfect venue to host a University of Miami Graduation Party for our daughter and 11 of her friends and family. It was very close to campus, and the space was great - pool, hot tub, space to hang out, corn hole, beer pong and awesome sunset view on the lake. Girls got lots of great instagram-worthy pics. We had a caterer and bartender but you could save a lot of money by BYOB food and liquor which the space allows. If you are planning on accessing the dock or the roof top - ASK FIRST, you may not be allowed in those areas (I asked so I knew we weren't allowed in advance). Veronica/Alex were responsive to all my texts and Alex was on hand during the entire event if we had any questions. This is a great venue for a party with < 50 people or photo shoots or even a romantic dinner/proposal! I would not hesitate to book this space again.

OMG!! An absolutely AMAZING place and an even more EXTRAORDINARY host. This place was absolutely amazing. It was everything we needed and more. The host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Accessing the home was so easy w/o any issues. I have nothing negative to say about my experience! I definitely plan to book this place again and again; and recommend everyone to book here. You will not be disappointed.

We've worked with the hosts numerous times and each time is an absolute pleasure! They are some of the sweetest people and their space is incredibly stunning, immaculate, and breathtaking. Cannot recommend them and this space enough!
