About the Space
Spacious, modern unit in South Philadelphia. South Philly, one of Philly’s most culturally diverse neighborhoods, is an oasis for locals & travelers alike, offering great restaurants, Philadelphia’s famous Magic Gardens, famed South Street, & many parks! Only a 6-minute drive to Center City, a 15-minute drive to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, & a 13-minute drive from the PHL Airport. Also a 7-minute walk to Tasker/Broad train station, which will put you in Center City within 8 minutes. Guests will have access to the entire space. Dining area/living room are open layout, while the kitchen and bedroom are separate. The apartment features high ceilings and huge windows (so lots of natural sunlight). The white/chrome interior design throughout the apartment makes for the perfect luxe feel. So the space is great for small intimate dinners, video shoots, brand photoshoots, meetings, and more.

This space was just as stunning as the photos. All of my photo shoot guests commented on how beautiful it was. Ashley was extremely helpful in making sure we had a wonderful experience. She personally greeted and directed my guests to the apartment as the building itself is quite large. She was extremely kind and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this space.
