OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Only the person that booked is allowed to check in if somebody is not added to the reservation they can not check in. Shoes are not to be worn throughout the house. Kindly take off your shoes and put them on by the door when you're leaving. Quiet time is after 10pm. We strive to make each and every guest's trip to our home a special one. Please allow us to continue to do so by following a few basic house rules below- Please respect our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise levels at a reasonable volume especially after 10pm. NO SMOKING Allowed out all. You're allowed to smoke in the unit’s private backyard If necessary). However, If any guest chooses to violate these rules, they will be charged and will be immediately kicked out. If anything is found broken or damaged, you WILL be charged a fee depending on the item. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED If there happens to be any drugs found at the place, we will call the cops. Using the internet for any illegal purposes such as pirating will lead to a fine. LOST KEYS WILL RESULT IN A $250 FEE! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STAIR CASE IN THE UNIT! Please make sure to turn off lights, electronics, and ac when leaving. Also, lock doors and windows as well. Please take out any trash or debris right before you check out. Lastly, enjoy your visit!!!
