About the Space
Our uniquely decorated space is perfect for photoshoots, filming, and events. There are a variety of different scenes/backdrops throughout the entire home ready to add beauty to your amazing project/event. The layout is spacious and has an open-floor concept. You enter into a foyer and can take a few different turns to get to different spaces which include A botique salon, a living room, dining room, bathroom and office are all downstairs. Up stairs; a fun and exciting playroom and other beautifuly decorated rooms. Both the front and back yard are massive and able to handle events over 100 people.

General Rules
No smoking inside the home
No alcohol after 8pm without prior approval
No stunts without prior approval
No furniture moving without prior approval
No outside furniture without prior approval
Outside contractors must have errors and omissions insurance (vendors subject to being vetted prior to approval)
All events must have day insurance
Persons are to treat my home with respect and be considerate
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All recording devices can be switched off. Several around property and 3 inside. One facing entry. One facing hallways upstairs and one in Playroom.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Everyone who enters the property will have their temperature taken and logged.
Cleaning is done by professionals.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
