Experience a Pioneertown all your own in our stunning and private desert enclave. Featuring unique Old-West structures and one of a kind art installations, our property encompasses all of the character and light heart-ed charm that the area is so well known for. This space is perfect for photo shoots and filming, with a wide variety of unique structures and views. The light changes throughout the day but remains beautiful at every moment. We would also love to host any special events you might be planning, so please inquire about whatever you have in mind! Please do also note that the neighborhood is very quiet, as there is to be no loud noise outdoors after 10pm, per city ordinance. The property is well secluded, yet only minutes walking to Pappy & Harriet’s, Red Dog Saloon and stunning hiking trails in the Pioneertown Mountain Preserve and the Sand to Snow National Monument. Pioneertown is also always 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the high desert, making summers just as enjoyable as other times of the year. -BEDS & BATHS- Our home can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in 2 bedrooms and an incredibly comfortable pull-out coach, making it ideal for groups of family members or friends. The Owner’s Suite (dubbed the Frida Room) includes a California king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (dubbed the Audrey Room) has a queen-size bed with beautiful sliding doors that opens to the backyard area, creating a romantic nook in the house. The pull-out coach in the living room houses a queen size bed. The house also has two full and fresh bathrooms, with all new fixtures, fluffy towels, robes and toiletries. Both bathrooms include beautiful and clean countertops. Need to do some laundry? There’s a washer and dryer available for your use. -KITCHEN & DINING- Our home’s modern kitchen has everything your inner chef desires, including elegant cabinetry and plenty of counter space. Appliances include a propane stovetop, spacious oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, and you’ll find a toaster, blender, Keurig machine (with coffee pods), and a French Press coffee maker on the counter. -LIVING SPACE- The large living room is the perfect place to relax after high-energy outdoor activities. You’ll find comfy couches, a powerful air conditioner, modern ceiling fans, and a 50inch flat screen tv. It’s also the perfect spot to cozy up under a blanket and daydream about your upcoming desert adventures while staring out our spacious windows. -OUTDOOR SPACE- Outside the home are spectacular desert views in all directions. A favorite spot to take in the views is the front porch, which is furnished with a variety of seating options, including swinging hammocks. Out back, there is a large propane barbecue, perfect for grilling up your favorite foods. -ESSENTIALS- On-site indoor parking is available for two vehicles. Please note there is an outdoor security camera facing the driveway to monitor traffic. The camera does not cover any of the outdoor living areas. Our home is equipped with WiFi, and the house is fully air conditioned and heated with ductless Mini Split systems. This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. Other things to note: • PETS: Due to the sensitive nature of maintaining our own private wildlife preserve; we are unable to allow any pets at all on the property. Thank you for your understanding. • CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program. • ROAD CONDITIONS: Upon arrival you will need to navigate some local dirt roads. They are well maintained, but please do take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads may have some ruts, particularly after a rain. *** Cleaning Protocols *** We always maintain exceptional cleaning standards. Our cleaning fees are generally higher than the market average because we pay above the living wage standards, 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. This has always included disinfecting all “wet” surfaces (sinks, showers, toilets), replacing all linens and towels, and cleaning all dishes. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.
