About the Space
Can accommodate 100 guests outdoors, during day-use hours. Two bathrooms with plumbed are toilets available in each Ranch, + with the possibility to add up to ten additional tents.

Parking description
In alignment with State Park policies and fire safety standards, a maximum of 30 vehicles are permitted at either Ranch.

Lighting description
Large barn door that opens to expansive open field, with large vault windows, and rustic wooden structure that allows light to seep through.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The Ranches are set back in a private portion of Silver Falls State Park, so no traffic passes through. There are no nearby neighbors, and only other sound travels from the other Ranch.

Equipment loading description
There is no loading zone, and the entrance does not require a ramp. Loading trucks may come into the parking lot, but may not park and must be moved.

Electrical system description
Mostly 110 voltage, with multiple outlets and access to electrical. Circuit breaker is on the bottom floor.

General Rules
-100 guests are allowed during the day, and must depart by 9pm.
-No smoking in the building
-Outside catering is allowed
-Alcohol is permitted, with signed contract and limited liability insurance
-No pets allowed at Davidson Ranch
-No candles or open flames-- in interior or exterior.
-No stakes longer than 6 inches into the ground, only sand-bags or water barrels permitted for event tent securing.
-Only registered guests may be in attendance.
-Masks are required for indoor and outdoor gathering, as per the current Oregon state mandates.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Silver Falls Hospitality must be listed as additionally insured with a 1 million dollar policy-- speak with our Partnerships Manager for more information.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture may be moved, with prior approval. And decor may be hung on the walls, so long as there are no nails or duct tape used.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
For the comfort and safety of our community, we are following all Oregon state guidelines regarding COVID.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
