(2022 New Year Specials) Free LED Screen and A/V Services for 2+ Hours Bookings This Event Space has high ceilings, a spacious layout, and all of the amenities needed to have a successful event go off without a hitch. This brand new facility is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, and has the flexibility to accommodate a broad range of events from meetups to business seminars. Our building provides a quiet atmosphere, with all of the amenities from the technological to the logistical. Our office manager will also coordinate with you, to ensure that any requests or questions are addressed promptly. Please do not hesitate to message me and let me know how you would like to use the space. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

If flexibility is what you need this place is great. The space is modern and bright. However there were some issues that impacted our experience. First of all the space we filthy and we had to clean all the tables and chairs before we could use them. Additionally, our main contact left right before our event date and the new contact did not know how to work the AV system and has no understanding of our agreement with the previous contact. We had the space over 2.5 days and they tried to have another party us our setup after hours one evening. People came in to use the kitchen area at the back of the room during our meetings, there are other kitchen facilities on premiss so it seem like for big events it should be make clear that these spaces are not for general use. All this being said, they were very flexible and accommodating overall. We had access to all the spaces, they let us come in a full day before for setup free of charge and they didn't complain about our rather loud music performance one morning. We would use the space again but will be clear about our expectations for the above issues.
