Built in 1937, a 3,464 square foot house on a 12,363 square foot lot. Centrally located, just a few blocks from West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Melrose Drive and Rodeo Drive. Formal dining room with seating for 8, and formal living room with large wood-burning fireplace. Large pool and hot tub in lush private backyard with covered patio and bbq area. Private driveway parking for 4 cars in rear of property, and plenty of free unrestricted street parking in front of the house.
