This is an outdoor venue social distancing is not an issues. Masks are up to the guest requests. All surfaces are cleaned or sprayed down.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

I have 10 acres of rustic and partially secluded farmland not far from the heart of Woodinville. My property is 5 acres deep, 2 acres wide, and faces east and west. This allows for an unobstructed view of sunrises. I have an open pasture, a forested area, and a pond full of frogs. There is a freshwater stream that runs the width of the property. The property is immaculately maintained. There are numerous uses for my property. Photoshoots, film making, musical recordings, company retreats, company picnics, overnight retreats, camping, small gatherings, small weddings, food truck location, and a private dog park for a dog-related event. My venue closes at 7:30 unless arrangements are made ahead of time.

10 cars are included in the price. If more than 10 cars there will be an additional fee per day depending on the number of cars.
