About the Space
Great apartment with 15' ceilings and high windows. fantastic light great for small shoots and/or video productions! Has loft above (not to be used). Laddered staircase great for visual effects/angles. Kitchen and bathroom onsite. White sofa onsite and chairs available. Small Plants onsite. Clothing rack onsite. NOTE*** Adjacent studio directly across the hall for production holding (i.e. catering, makeup, wardrobe etc) is also available for rental. Where do I begin, The space is lovely. Exactly how it’s pictured with the beautiful natural light. Spacious with the flexibility to do many different things. Would definitely book again & recommend to others. Owner was relaxed, let my group play music & house smelled great.
