Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This Modern Chic Elegant AF Home is a 'vibe'. The combination of modern, organic and vintage decor is a timeless backdrop for a photo or video shoot. There is an Expansive Minimalist Great room that is all White, Black and Taupe perfection. This great room includes the kitchen and dining room. The Master Bedroom boasts the same vibe with an expansive Venetian Plaster Wall. Office and Master Closet not available for use.

Wendee has a beautiful home perfect for photoshoots. Clean, light, and bright with neutral colors, this home works well for a variety of shoots. The owner is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, exactly like the pictures! The lighting is gorgeous. Wendee was great, and was available during the shoot to assist if we needed anything. We will be back again!

This is an absolutely gorgeous shoot location. Super-stylish and clean with tons of ambient light. Wendee is amazing - really responsive and helpful. The load in was convenient and our shoot day was a breeze. I definitely recommend this location!
