This space works well for photographers, for small events and business/casual meeting groups. The space is located in the downtown area of Union, NJ. The space has 2 meeting tables, a quaint and modern office in thr rear, magnetic white board for meetings, a TV for projecting files from an electronic device. The space has central air and heat in addition to 2 HEPA air filters.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I had an intimate birthday dinner. It was a pleasure booking with Zoya! The space is so chic and the aesthetics were great! My guest were very pleased with the space. Zoya was very accommodating, I’d definitely book again!

I had a wonderful experience at this suite. Everything was clean, sanitized and neatly in place upon arrival. The host Zoya and her husband communicated clearly and were super helpful throughout our stay. We used this location for a documentary shoot and had lots of angles to work with, throughout the space. I'll definitely be back!
