About the Space
We welcome you to the Sanctuary of the Church of the Holy City, a beautiful and sacred venue ideal for services, elegant weddings, baptisms, or musical events. The high ceilings make it possible for its pipe organ to sound magnificent, and any soloist's voice reverberates beautifully around the room. The ambiance is completed by rich wood tones and beautiful stained glass windows that create a stunning backdrop.

General Rules
OVERTIME
A half-hour increment will be billed for overtime as per Peerspace's policy. By the end of your booking reservation, all items brought into the space must be removed. Our overtime rate will be 1.5 times our stated hourly rate for each half-hour over the hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
The hourly rate includes the cleaning fee, and guests are expected to leave the place in the same condition as they found it. Please remove any equipment you bring in and include this loading and unloading time when booking.
Walls should not be penetrated with nails, screws, or staples. Ensure that all tapes and gummed backing materials have been removed. Any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file at Peerspace.
FURNITURE
If you need to move furniture in the space to accommodate your event needs, please let us know in advance.
MISCELLANEOUS
Smoking, glitter/confetti, and open flames are not allowed.
Food and beverage are welcome. Beverages containing alcohol must be served thru a caterer with the appropriate license.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space will be cleaned prior to the arrival of renters. Any and all rearrangement of furniture must be restored to its original position. Collect all trash and make sure it is disposed properly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
