we have a professional crew of licensed cleaners come and prepare the space so that it is clean, safe and ready for our guests upon arrival.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Our secret garden space is tucked away in a hidden corner of Chicago's very own , Pilsen neighbourhood. Home to many events, weddings are a favourite. Please feel free to inquire and let us make your event come true in this urban and rustic gem. Many catering services are offered from our house staff, feel free to ask if you would like to get a better price as a bundle deal .

Parking description

the space rental includes 1 parking space for the day of the event, and a second loading zone space. Both on our property, only for the clients to use. Otherwise, Racine Ave has free parking, and so does 16th st ( located on the same block as our garden ). 18th St is metered parking except for Sunday , which is free all day.

General Rules

our hosting model is to be flexible and open minded within the rules and respect of our sales platform (Peerspace) , our neighbors (who have requested we follow local sound ordinance regulations), and our city, who has afforded us to have a liquor service permit on site for private events. As long as we can follow guidelines and rules set by the above boundaries, we would be happy to host your event.
